Inspection application
Please enter the information required to send the test kit on the website of "Nishin Clinic" and wait for the test kit to arrive.
Those who wish to issue a negative certificate need to undergo an online diagnosis.
Saliva collection and return
Collect saliva according to the procedure of the test kit, put it in the return box included in the kit, attach a 210 yen stamp, and return it by regular mail (if you are in a hurry, attach a 510 yen stamp and express delivery).
Result notification
Approximately 24 hours after receiving the return box, we will send you a test result notification (negative / positive) by email.
If you need to submit the original negative certificate, we will send it by the next day, and if you do not need to submit the original, we will send you a negative certificate in PDF format by e-mail about 2 hours later.
